Who I am

I am Graziella, a passionate and proudly self-taught cook who brings the fusion between Italian and French cuisine into her style. My mother was French, while my father was Italian, which allowed me to learn the two cuisines from an early age and develop my own unique style.

This passion began as a child, when I spent time helping my parents in the kitchen at home, and then enjoying the preparations with relatives and friends.

Over the years I have cultivated my passion, thus becoming a real lifestyle and, thanks to my experience, I am able to experiment with new flavor combinations creating captivating and tasty dishes.

My favorite cuisine is typical Italian, but I also love experimenting with ingredients and flavors from all over the world. I love oriental cuisine and all its nuances of flavors and spices. Furthermore, I am always looking for new challenges and culinary specialties, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free cuisine.

In my past I had a bar/restaurant, where I had the opportunity to develop my culinary skills and understand customers' needs. Thanks to this experience, I learned to create balanced and healthy dishes without ever sacrificing taste.

I love inventing new dishes and experimenting with current and interesting ingredients. I believe that cooking is an art that must be created with passion and inventiveness.

My greatest satisfaction is seeing people's happiness when they taste and appreciate my dishes.
